1. What Bloomprint is
Bloomprint identifies plants and mushrooms from photographs and suggests care and treatment. It is an educational and informational tool. It is not professional botanical, agricultural, veterinary or medical advice.
2. Results are generated by AI and can be wrong
Every identification, diagnosis and recommendation in this app is produced by an artificial intelligence model. AI models make mistakes. They can confuse species that look similar, misread a photograph, or state something with confidence that is simply incorrect.
You are responsible for verifying anything you act on. Where a result matters — whether a plant is toxic to your pet or child, whether a mushroom is safe, what chemical to apply to a plant — confirm it with a qualified person or an authoritative source before you act.
Each result shows a confidence score. A low score means the model is unsure. Treat it that way.
3. Wild mushrooms — read this
Never eat a wild mushroom based on this app, or on any app.
Many deadly species are almost indistinguishable from edible ones in a photograph. Some are lethal in small quantities and some cause organ failure days after they are eaten, when treatment is already too late.
Mushroom identification in Bloomprint is provided for learning and interest only. If you intend to eat a wild mushroom, have it examined in person by a qualified mycologist. We accept no liability for any consequence of consuming a wild mushroom.
4. Plants can also be harmful
Many common houseplants are toxic to cats, dogs and children. A result that does not mention toxicity is not a statement that a plant is safe. Check with a veterinarian or a poison control centre before assuming any plant is safe around animals or children.
5. Your data
Your plants, reminders and diagnosis history are stored only on your device. We do not have an account system and we do not hold this data on our servers. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it and cannot be recovered.
Photographs you take are sent to our servers and forwarded to our AI provider for analysis. They are not stored after the analysis completes.

6. Acceptable use
Do not use Bloomprint to break the law, to identify protected species for collection where that is prohibited, or to attempt to overload or reverse engineer the service.
7. Advertising
Bloomprint is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. AI models and their behaviour change over time; a result you saw before may not be reproduced later.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFellas is not liable for any loss or damage — including harm to plants, animals or people, or any financial loss — arising from reliance on results produced by this app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
